The Delaware State University women’s basketball program will move forward with its third coach in four seasons as Jazmone Turner was named interim head coach by the university Friday, replacing E.C. Hill.

Turner has been an assistant with the program since 2021 with previous stops at Indiana State University, Coppin State and Ohio Valley University as an assistant. Turner played three seasons at Muskingum University in Ohio before beginning her coaching career as a grad assistant at OVU in 2014. She also served as interim head coach there in 2015-16.
